Kevin Lacanlale Scholarship Application ($1000.00 US): Applicants must be a graduating senior (12th Grade) from Central Kitsap High School (CKHS). Applicants must have an academic interest in the medical field and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Applications must be submitted by April 20th of every academic year. Selected recipient of the Kevin Lacanlale Scholarship will be notified of selection within 7 days to CKHS Award Night.
